WILMINGTON — William Edward “Invoice” Hartzell, 81, handed away Saturday, March 6, 2021. He was born Aug. 15, 1939, to George W. Hartzell and Gladys M. Mercer Hartzell of Knox, Pennsylvania.
Invoice loved a protracted and full lifetime of gardening, socializing, volunteering, touring, arduous work and beneficiant charity. Invoice proudly joined the U.S. Navy immediately after graduating from Keystone Excessive College in 1957, the place he grew up in Knox, Pennsylvania.
